Data controller

What data we process
When you use the contact form or email us, we process the information you provide: your name, email address, company if stated, and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal data through the website.
Why we process the data
The data is used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and carry out an assignment. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, when an assignment is being discussed, steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
How long we keep the data
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If the contact does not lead to an assignment, the data is normally deleted within twelve months. Data that forms part of an assignment is kept for the duration of the assignment and thereafter for as long as the law requires, for example under accounting legislation.
Who has access to the data
The data is handled by Jenny Fäldt. The contact form is technically relayed by the service FormSubmit, which forwards the message to our email and processes the data on our behalf. The website is delivered by our hosting provider, which may record technical information such as IP addresses in order to serve the pages securely.
We never sell personal data and do not share it with anyone other than the providers needed to run the website and email, or where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not use cookies and does not collect visitor statistics.

The website contains links to LinkedIn and to our partners’ websites. They have their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.
Your rights
